I was disappointed when this dress arrived. The fabric felt cheap and thin, nothing like how it looked in the photos, and the stitching was messy in a few places. For the price, I expected much better. I also had a simple request that was completely ignored, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

i really wanted to love these dresses because they’re super cute, but the bigger sizes are so limited and seem to sell out almost immediately. it makes it feel like plus size shoppers weren’t really considered, which is disappointing.

I reached out to JessaKae customer service because there was an issue with my order, it was about what I’d call an okay experience. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, but I did hope it would be a little more straightforward.
They were polite when they responded, which I appreciated, but the reply took longer than I thought it would. I also ended up having to follow up once before I got a clear answer, so that part felt a bit frustrating.
My issue did get taken care of in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. It just didn’t feel as smooth or quick as I expected, so overall it landed somewhere in the middle for me.

The dress showed up in good condition and looks fine, but the delivery was slower than I thought it would be. What annoyed me most was that I couldn’t really get in touch with a real person for an update, everything felt automated, which made the wait more frustrating.

I order from Jessakae a couple times now, and the quality feels like it was worth the price. The dresses aren’t super cheap or anything, but they feel really nice and has held up well for me. I’m happy with what I got for the money.
